I also own an Ioptron Skyguider Pro and I've had good support from Ioptron on both when I had a question even on a 3 day weekend so 5 stars for support. Tripod is weak, if it is fully extended, and it's too short to work with if you leave it collapsed.The knobs just fall apart with any torque just change them out and get it over with. One star alignment is easy.It is a little loud when slewing at high speed but not overly so as to be a problem. The azimuth and latitude adjustment screws are very to smooth to operate giving you good adjustment control. Polar alignment is easy thru the lighted polar scope, except for the light setup. This secondary dovetail saddle kit fits on all iOptron Cube mounts, including CubePro, Cube-E, Cube-G and Cube-A mounts. Very easy to put together and get it up and running.The hand controller is fairly intuitive to use. This is particularly useful for Solar observing, since you can simultaneously mount a white-light Solar telescope and a hydrogen-alpha Solar telescope. the Cube-A is that the CubePro can mount two OTAs simultaneously in altazimuth mode, doubling the payload capacity to 16 lb.
